at The Hamlet Golf and Country Club, Commack

Official Registration closed Tuesday, September 30, 2025 because we were required to provide our final count to the venue on October 1st.. However we would still like to accommodate you if we can, so please use this form to provide your information and we’ll get back to you.

Please understand that we can no longer accept special dietary requests. We have several food stations with a variety of food options available at each station. The Welcome Table and passed hors d’oeuvres also includes a number of vegetarian options.

  • Please note, this is a manual process so it may take from 24 – 48 hours to hear back from us.
  • If, after 48 hours, you haven’t heard back from us, please reach out to us at reunion@shs75reunion.com.

This Waitlist Registration will be open until the afternoon of Friday, October 10th. For security reasons, please don’t just show up at the door.

At this point we are only accepting credit card payments. If the venue is able to accommodate additional people, we will send you the link to make a credit/debit payment. The cost for attending the reunion has been $155 per person (+$5 credit/debit card processing fee). The venue has the right to not allow additional people and/or charge up to an additional $15 fee per person for anyone we add after the guarantee is made. We’re hoping that won’t happen but will let you know when we respond to you.

 If at that point you don't wish to come, you are free to cancel your reservation. 





If the reunion fee presents a hardship, please contact Eric Schwartz or Sharon Tanzer and we will see what we can do for you. (Information will be kept confidential).
Accessibility
The Hamlet Golf and Country Club is handicapped accessible. The Club has wheelchair accessible parking and the facility and event space are designed to accommodate guests with disabilities. If you have any concerns or questions feel free to contact us.
